Being a 16" wheel, you're extremely limited.
Try the Bridgestone Trailwing, though they are only available in narrow widths..

dual

75 road 25 dirt or 50, 50. It's hard to find ride so I do not want to turn back because of a little bit of dirt. Dirt highway not mx track.

Here's another twist on the Sportster theme. Just added the dual H4 headlights last weekend.

Nice.

What seat is that? Can you give us a side shot too? I'd like to get a better look.

I see you also have added a fork brace. How much do you feel that it aids in handling????

This isn't my bike, but I had one of the early evolution sportsters. I rode the shit out of that thing. I thought the fork brace made a significant positive impact on the handling, much more than I would have expected.

It almost looks like it's from a newer Bonneville. Definitely a nice addition.

I'm looking at this (LSL - not sure if it's being sold):

and this Corbin:

But any input on seats that would fit the XR would be welcome.

I love the look of my stock seat, but my butt isn't as happy with it as my eyeballs are.

Thanks for the kind words, here's a link to a post that explains the seat: http://advrider.com/forums/showpost....postcount=1705

The fork brace was already on the bike when I bought it so I can't comment on how the handling of my bike compares to that of a Sportster without one.

Here are two side shots of the bike:
