The cook at the inglewood cant cook..The gully would be the best option

Tell you what though, the plates were sent back pretty clean at the Kingsford the other night. My Saltbush Mutton snags were delicious...

I like the idea of the Blacksmiths though, pretty central... maybe we could make that the ADV SA northern HQ.......similar to that famous Schnitzel Club somewhere.

I've cleaned a few plates at the blacksmiths, and they have Hahn Super dry.
