Now how do I pre-order Volume 2? I had to order from MagCloud directly since I couldn't access the TFTB website and they didn't seem to have a way to pre-order volume 2 there.

Price is dictated by how many pages it is. We just add a couple of dollars on top of whatever the printer/shipper charges us (Magcloud). Volume 2 will likely be cheaper than volume 1...
This isn't a money making business (working at McDonalds would pay better). It's a fun hobby and it's cool to make something we wish already existed. Stoked folks are enjoying the first in the series; from what I am seeing the second volume looks great  A huge thanks to the folks who contributed to the second volume, hope you like the finished look. Photos, interviews and writing were all submitted by people who wanted to share their stories, without them this wouldn't be feasible.....THANK YOU
