I have a friend that recently restored a cb400f including a repair to the exhaust. I will contact him and see if he will PM you.

Nice looking wing! I like the solo seat.
I regret selling my old '81 1100, would have been nice to strip down all the Vetter crap that was on it and make it a naked wing. Enjoy

I had an 83 wing for two months this summer. Great motor but I was not fond of the huge fairing. Traded it on a KLR650. I'm happy but that naked one looks like much more fun then mine ever was.

Gl 1000 is the best goldwing ever made. Nice and they are starting to go up in price. 5 years ago a grand might get you one and now a good one is 3 to 4 grand . A great one can go for up to 5 grand to the right goldwing nut.

Since we're showing old wings heres mine. Cost me a case of beer since it was in horrible shape and the po just wanted it out of his driveway. The family pitched in and help in the clean up and resto. Managed to get collector plates from my insurance carrier, $22/month for full coverage on this 1981.

Time Capsule
I visited my 91 year old uncle recently. He had this Suzuki and a 1948 Whizzer in the garage,
pretty much untouched for decades. This Suzuki 90 was last tagged in 1976. ![]() ![]() I liked this page from the owner's manual:

It's beautifull.
My dad has the same, he fully restored the bike some years back but now it sits. Perhaps I'll need to persuade him to let me get it out next year and let it breath.
