 tonight's campsite : ...that said, I sure am kicking myself for not getting the Espar D2 installed before the trip; it was 5 degrees below freezing in the van when we woke up this morning  Needless to say it'll be my first priority when I get time to work on the van again We had some great riding today near Canyonlands... I sure am getting to like the 500xcw.. It is like cheating. To give scale the bikes are top right  Sent from iPhone using Tapatalk

Very nice parking lot you chose
 Don't want to get those Sprinters any farther off the road than you want to tow them, eh? My T1N needed a new tranny at 67k miles and threw #1 rod out the block at 123K...tranny had a new shudder too...I felt lucky my harmonic balancer never fell off, never to been seen again...turbo pipe and radio antanae did fall off though...not to mention leaving my house, hit the brakes to stop and the snow slid off the roof, down the winshield ripping off both wipers when it did...guess it never snows in Germany, still cost $400 to wipe my winshield again

TooFast: we were at the Lone Mesa group campground (one of our friends was in a 67 foot rig so we needed a campground that could handle big RVs).
I lost my antenna in the first snow fall too... thanks for the headsup on the windshield wipers.. I was lucky I didn't lose them when I lost the antenna!
