This thread has actually served a purpose. I'm visiting D.C. and there was one of them parked in the Target parking garage at Columbia Heights. Because of this thread I know exactly what it was from a distance, I felt so smart.

On the contrary, I can feel the brain cells fleeing as I peruse this puerile pastiche of pustulent pusillanimity.

That was very generous of you. That thing was and remains hideous; the ugliest Ducati ever made, which makes it all the more heinous because generally they make the most beautiful bikes anywhere!

i thought that way when i first saw one back in '04, but they have grown on me, and now i actually quite like them. especially ones w/the red frames painted black, gold or silver. or conwersly, painting the body parts black and keeping the frame red. all red is a bit too much, imo. the other colors all look fine to me.

regardless, i think the early multistrada's are the most beautiful motorcycle ever manufactured - when compared to the new diavel. the diavel easily takes the prize as the most hideous ugly duc ever, imo.

I sat on one at the local dealer, all carbon. It looked and felt like I was trying to hump a giant football.
