Yep that just sucks. You've got to watch those guys at the border. Good luck.

I'm not a betting man, I'd rather just hear your info if you are willing to share. I did stumble across this from the website of the Banjercito though. This is talking about the apply by mail process but it seem apropos.

If you are a foreign citizen, before starting the application process you must go to the following webpage http://www.inm.gob.mx/index.php/page...zacion/en.html in order to apply for your immigration pre-authorization. The vehicle permit will be issued for the same period as that stated on your immigration pre-authorization. Furthermore, once you‘ve entered Mexico you must approach an immigration officer in order to exchange your pre-authorization form for the proper immigration document.

Look on the bright side. You're not getting divorced. You could add a few zeros to the "lesson".

Anyone crossing the border that I can fed ex this to and renew for me? Haha They never actually look at the bike!!

Turkey Creek thanks for the link. I am about to go to it now but I am guessing that there isnt even an office in PV.

If any country ever put an efficient logical govt and process in place they would rule the world!!!
