I was surprised/disappointed in how much the bright reds have dissipated the last 10 -14 days. Rode from Idaho Falls to Bear Lake then emigration canyon, fish creek 2 weeks ago and the reds were spectacular, did the same ride only included Logan Canyon on Friday, lots of yellows and some orange but the reds were fading fast and falling. I am inept at best with photos and riding, but always enjoy Signals pics. Hope we get an "Indian Summer" to extend my riding this year.

The old pier- long since used

the jetty, water way down

She's still there

SOme odd clouds over home

3 hrs, 150 miles, 37 on wrist numbing dirt

Hey Sig

I Was going joke with ya and rough you up and sight all the dust and dirt, but ....

We might be all green up here, but the leaves are turning color, and could soon mean the white stuff we call snow will be falling and I'll be sitting, wishing, and you'll still be riding !

I Just love your pics of all that beautiful, wonderful, dusty dirt roads .....

HOY!

The dirt kinda sucked today- SHe was holing on tight a few times-- most of the pics are from relatively smooth areas- the dry fall has left the roads really beat (in this case from cattle trucks as well)

Had my first day off in a couple weeks- and the weather was spectacular , upper 60's, lower 70's on Halloween ...

Went north through Cache Valley, farms and fields, into southern Id

Near Benson

Benson Marina- the most water I'd see all day, been a dry summer

Heavy J Cash rotation on the ipod today , seemed to fit

Newton Dam- Usually has some big tiger muskie, but I've no idea how they are fairing with the low water

Busted into Spudland- a new sign

From Dayton Id, cut west through the Caribou Natl Forest on Hwy 36- and excellent curvy 22 miles to Malad

In Malad, had a Pepsi and cliff bar, played some scratch off lotto tickets
Won 15 bucks . Talked to a couple older guys eating at the ubiquitous fast food place in the Chevron...Good stuff.

Flew low, returned essentially the same way-

Great few hours

Thanks for keepin up

Ah.....my backyard. I recognize the exact location of every photo. I'm jealous. I was sitting here today looking at the beautiful weather thinking I should cut out of work early and go lay down some miles on the 950. Looks like you had the right idea. Good for you.

Thanks, was a good few hours- the weather has got me almost believing in global warming
the low water at every lake and pond has got me concerned

Passed a few riders going north over 66/65, and the ubiquitous Unified police SUV on the Emigration side
