02' 998 r
My 02 998 R is the bike I wanted since I was a kid. Picked her up a few years ago and don't plan on letting her get away!

A Yamaha YCS which is not terribly rare, and two Montgomery Wards motorcycles which are rarer, mostly because they were junk. All three were from the 60s and while I rode the YCS regularly I never got the Monkey Wards bikes running.

I had one like this:
![]() I never got my head around the paint job, but a nice bike to ride - actually very comfortable. Deep down I really wanted a DB2. Not too many of them around though and people seem to like to hang on to them.

My 1959 Lambretta 150 LD. These are becoming really hard to find:
![]() And, as Jim VonBaden says, there are not many ST's in the U.S. (or Canada, for that matter):

I think you have a VERY unique bike there. It's obviously built on the rotary valve crankcase of the 125 cc scramblers and roadracers. I was involved with the first of the rotary valve models back in the 1960s. I've never seen one of those.

Bultaco Matador 250
For the 70's decade I rode one of these - I think it was a '68, but memory fails
.I don't have/can't find any old snapshots, but if looked exactly like this beautiful restoration. ![]() It had some very unique features: enclosed sprocket and chain; snorkel air intake; exhaust designed to allow submersion; clip on handlebars, etc. It was very cool and capable, and, I don't know how rare they were in North America, but I have never seen another one in the flesh. I often think of trying to find one and restoring it, but I'd probably rather just ride. (my clearest memory of the bike is that my new wife at the time nearly left me when I bought it - she didn't like bikes back then and "thought I was over it" - yeah, right )

Thankyou. Some truly great machines. I didn't realize the ELR's were so rare. No wonder I cannot find a real one.
