Anyone have a russel day long saddle for their explorer ? Im thinking of using the winter down time and sending my saddle in to be redone by russel.

Is anyone aware of a luggage rack/plate that takes the place of the passenger seat? I am used to having a solo seat and a large top box there.

Jesse do one for the 800. Give them a call. Also Palmer products do a rack covering the pillion seat, again for the 800.

What is the reason? They made the rear platform even with the pass seat for that reason.

I'd like to see a one-two gallon auxiliary tank in place of rear seat locking as the rear seat with flat top even with rear rack...

I wrote to Jesse and they said there was no comparable part for the 1200 Explorer, but I do have to wonder if the 800 Tiger part will fit.
I have a large Jesse topcase, now out of production, that needs to be securely mounted in the passenger seat position.

Almost at 10K on the 1200 without any issues. The only oddity it the front and rear tire wore out close to the same time and it's usually 2 rears to a front for me.
Did the Cherohala Skyway back on November 2nd. Lots of ice and snow in the higher elevations and the back roads. 365 miles for the day and 75 of those were dirt. ![]()

Anyone added some tunes yet? Or to any of their rides not standard with a radio? I love having some good cruising music, but my ear buds drive me nuts after a few hours. I might try mocking up some speakers to use off of an mp3 source down under the dash. Theres a suprising amount of room down there even at full lock of the forks
