Yeah I did. Mostly just to un-jailbreak. It's a company phone, and for some reason they thought I was pissing myself wanting a 5.
So mine goes to some poor schmo and I get to hunt for another case that can tolerate how I treat phones. The extent of what I've noticed so far.... The number keys in the phone part show up white.

I see that there is a push available for iOS 6.1. Anybody tried it?
I've come to be pretty cautious about some of Apple's updates after shenanigans like turning on the tracking feature without announcing it.

You mean, 6.0.1. It fixes some of the bugs with 6.0. Otherwise nothing to really be excited about.

I updated my phone last weekend. Haven't noticed anything different yet.

I updated my iPad 3 and my wife's iPhone 4S and neither seem any different. I didn't notice anything. Supposedly, Maps will be updated in the 6.1 release, but I have no idea when that will be.

The actual issue with maps doesn't appear to reside in your phone. It is in the underlying data that is 'streamed' onto your device as you request it.

It sounds like Apple is using crowd sourcing to build their map app.

ibook can be an issue...
I upgraded to 6 last week and I had some issues with iBook. When I opened a textbook it locked and wouldn't return to the library for love or money. I eventually had to delete and re-install. Looking at the reviews for new iBook, it sounds like a major conflict and Apple isn't in a hurry to fix them.

Well, Google's Maps app is out, but sadly - only for iphone, not yet for the ipad. Guess I'll stick on OS5 a bit longer.
