Riders in Vietnam in January 2012

Hi all,

I've just arrived in HCMC for the start of a six-month trip through south-east Asia. The first leg is to ride Vietnam, through the Mekong and then northwards to Hanoi (both along the coast and Ho Chi Minh Trail, if possible), followed by the north-west loop/Chinese border, and then into Laos.

I'll be in Vietnam until probably at least the end of January, and my itinerary is flexible, so if there are any riders who would like to come riding, please get in contact! As a sort of roll-call, riders whom I've been in contact with, and who'll be in the country around the same time, include:

afrostar (advrider)
Hudsonian (GT-rider)
shing (GT-rider)

Gorgeous ride. If you want a real rider to show you around the HCM trail, make sure you stop by Phong Nah Farmstay on your way through central nam.

I'll be in Hanoi January 5-10 and would love to go on riding for a night or two.
