Yep, and you can get one now that sends pics immediately to your smart phone. Well worth it to me.

Perfect for the "I don't call 911" types.

I could use that.

Some brave mutha cut the catalytic converter out from under my 4Runner this year. Right in front of the house.

Apparently they get a couple hundred at the junk yard for 'precious metals' in there. Cost me 500 and insurance a big chunk - I think it was $2k or close.

Wife and I were headed to a concert fired up straight pipe v 6 and about went through the roof.

Yeah, that's what ticks me off the most: how much they can cost you vs. how much they get out of it.
I was in a sports store for 5 minutes in Auburn, AL and someone drilled though my truck door. They got 2 laptops (no cords), a camera, and a few boxes of ammo. They left the guns alone (woulda increased the potential penalties I guess). When it was all said and done, it cost me several thousand, my insurance company several thousand and I figure they got way less than $100 out of the deal.

And no, I wouldn't lose a minute of sleep...

I pulled Jerome out from under one our company trucks at a KFC in atl in the middle of the day while he was cutting the converter out of a truck. I kicked him oops I mean I tripped and hit his balls damnest thing I tripped twice and then the atl police showed and took him to jail and the fucked up part there is it still cost my company and now the citizens of atl money!!
If I could have been judge and jury I could of saved the citizens of the atl alot of money

Pete I agree I would actually sleep better!!

Those KFC parking lots can be slippery with all the grease from the chicken. I can see how you could possibly trip over and over and over again.

The recent average response time by Atlanta police to an emergency call is over 11 minutes. I've found the response time of a Glock 17 to be somewhat faster.

Dec. 1st will be at Highland Park with the 450 and 950.

how was the 950 at DP? what tires were you running? the tires that came on mine are shot. I'll probably put on an MT16 rear and something more dirt oriented on the front as well.

The 950 was more fun than I ever imagined out there. The fact that there is very little elevation change levels out the playing field a good bit on a big bike. Those trails/roads are far smoother than an average poweline trail and are about like tarmac anyway. Saw a GS out there too. I was running MotoZ's but any tire works out there if it's dry. HP?.

About 3-4 years ago, I was able to sell Saab V6 cats for $250 and 4 cyl for $180 because of the amount of platinum they had. I'm sure the guy coming around to the dealer fetched a even better number to whom he sold them to. But now the prices have dropped significantly, and I rarely see the scrap guy anymore. I was also shopping for a newer home about the same time, and came across a few homes that had the copper wiring pulled out of the walls, along with the a/c line sets cut out. I wonder what this next 4 years will bring.

Brian,
Did you like your SE at DP better than what we rode Sat & Sun at TerraFirma ?

I've Raced & rode DP several times thru the years, but not on my SE.
