The bronze statue is a depiction of Julie Backus Smith, a Savannah running advocate and philanthropist. The statue is located at the main entrance of Lake Mayer Park on southside Savannah.

Hint:

"Redleg" is slang for a shrimp (is one to tell wild vs farmed).

The paintbrush could indicate some type of artistic endeavor.

Lots of folks lived here in the past, but nobody would call it "home"

Additional clues.......... Near the river front, obviously. Kevin Berry's is nearby as is Bull..... This spot is just a few blocks away.
