I bet you have a 2005 GS. They came with rubber isolators in all four corners.
I always recommend that they be switched over to the HP2 solid front mount. The newer model GS's come with the solid mount now.

It's actually a '07 Adventure. I am going to try some nylon washers on the engine side of the plate to reduce the metal to metal contact and hopefully some of the resonation.

Hi Ernie,

I am interested in one of these if you still make them. If so, could you tell me the length and price. I am hoping it's around 20" to 21" in total but can't tell from the picture.

Your skid plate is still going strong after 6 years of service on my GS. I have banged it pretty hard a few times and no damage to my engine. Take it off, banging out the dents, reinstall and it looks good as new again. Excellent product.
