CB 750 F or K?
I am looking to branch out....
I saw this one. http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/mcy/3390744461.html F not that desirable? I like the k better, but don't see that many. it is old - and coool though (and maybe priced fair?)

People do tend to go for the Ks more than the Fs, but I think that's a great-looking bike. It seems like it's in excellent condition for the price - the gauges aren't even faded out. If I were in the market for an older CB, I'd probably go check that one out.

Over here (Europe) they were seen as a "last ditch" effort, Honda trying to off-load an out-dated design. They flopped big time as they were fugly..... Incredibly - that blue effort is even more fugly with that rediculous seat on it
![]() There again, if you like that sort of bland Honda thing - buy it

I had one of them back then, they looked better in red, then white....!
![]() Put over 80,000 miles on that bike. I miss it. ![]() Every once in a while I go up to my attic and look at the custom painted white tank and leather saddlebags and reminisce.

For years up to 1979 I like the K better, some people like the 10th year anniv model but I think its overrated, after about 79 I like the F better if you can find one that is in near stock form (getting much harder) I've owned both and prefere the F.

+1 on that. Bought a 79 750F new and absolutely loved it. Traded it off years later and should have never done that. Oh well.
