Since I couldn't make the Baja 1000 this year ( because they are running 1000 miles down the coast one way and the logistics killed it) I'll just get to set here in TN. and cry. Or I can live thru them on youtube.

All 12 Episodes - 2 pro's do a 12 day trip in Baja, then race the 1000 for team honda and win - 2011..

I can't imagine how beyond cool it would be to ride bikes down the coast of Mexico.

Riding smooth sand

Dodging shore breaks

jumping coastal rock formations

eating fresh ceviche and tacos al'carbon

taking in a Mexican brew while resting in a hammock and soaking up the sunset while talking about how cool of a ride we're having with some killer riding buds

For those looking for a reason to ride on the Saturday after Thanksgiving:

RTE on November 24, 2012 at noon in Coble, Tn at the Tin Roof - Tightwad Tourist prices in a country atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

GPS coord should be N35 46.945 W87 37.972 for the parking lot. We'll set it for noon.

Please post if you plan to attend so I can get a rough headcount. More than 5 and they would like a pre-notification the we are coming.
