No fricking KTM pansy is gonna pass the bavarian beast

it's a good ride up that carricktown track & the knarliest section I took Schmidt on last time. Coming down the road was bloody long - it seemed to take a long time to get down to the main road. Being a soft arse I wish there more shortcuts

I guess I'll try to stay near your bike this time and make it a proper road block, like the ones you get on the motorway in Auckland.

I am about to book a room or a cabin in Fairlie, haven't looked at Alex yet. Is there anyone who is looking to share a room, or has a room to share? I can bring free earplugs.

The room I booked in fairlie at the Galdstone Grand was the last room available and is a two bed room so I am happy to share.
Room is booked for Friday and Sunday nights. Earplugs essential. You have been warned.

First in first served.

First in then :-), I hope. I guess the pub noise will drown out snoring anyway.

Double buggar!!!

Just clicked on registration and all 150 spots are taken.

Missed by that much

Only got the bike finally sorted out with reg/insurance etc today.

Is there a back up list if some one pulls out?

Who be the person I contact?

Keeping fingers crossed.

Or there is always the good old fashion method. How much (in real dollars) is needed to grease the palm

I know nothing

Pondering the idea re back up list, expecting a few to try this route. Contact me via this page http://www.db1k.com/contact.php to get your name on the list. Terms likely to be first in first served, no meal or merchandise and only if a space comes free i.e. no guarantees of a space.

Dollars - well wife wants a new bed

This ride might become a victim of its own success.

Cheers R

Big enough so that when the 2 year old trys to sleep in it sideways he doesn't push us both out. Little bugger gives my kidneys a work out more often than I care for.

That changed the tone of the conversation enough for ya. No where near as exciting as it could have been!

Cheers R
