Free ebook giveaway, where to post

I would like to share my book with willing inmates, free for a limited time. To this extent, I created a 100% coupon on the ebook site, but I don't know where to post it. There was recently some discussion over at Inmates (not in my thread) where an inmate scolded a writer for promoting his work, saying that it should go to Vendors instead. Well, Vendors is for motorcycle related stuff.

Please direct me to the right place, or tell me to shove it.
