So do I. I had two Cajuns that worked for me and they taught me quite a bit but I was never able to put together a Jambalaya like Jamie's.

Speaking of Jambalaya, how many people usually show up for this Rally? I am from Pensacola and will be meeting a Cajun friend from Orlando at the Rally. We may be able to fill this requirement if the "expert" is not available. IMHO, my rendition works for small crowds. Never tackled it for a large group but am willing to try. Looking forward to my first ADVrally. On our spring and fall pilgrimages to the mountains, we usually camp in the Suches, GA area or at the Barber Vintage festival weekend.

Glad to see this going again. I was riding the Kickstart Classic ride on the BRP last May when I bumped into a few of you FFs while waiting for a flag man. The Kickstart was bound for Wilkesboro for the night, and I was jealous of all ya'lls. Considered sneakin' away that night to visit, but it turned out not practical.

This spring I am considering a Michigan UP ride by way of the Eastern mountains, so maybe I can coordinate it so I can at least drop by for one night and meet some of ya'll. Looks like Kickstart will be down here in FL this spring. Not sure of the date, but I kinda gotta go (business thingie). But if that don't interfere, maybe I'll make it up.
