I know exactly what is going to happen! I'll buy a new URAL and then, a year later, URAL will introduce triple disc brakes. Someone mentioned that they have a new CNC machine at the Russian factory. It's just a matter of time. My timeframe is a late 2013 or early 2014 purchase. Disc brakes would be the huge upgrade that I would love to see. Been waiting a long time.
The oar and teeth graphics are in reference to the Yamal icebreaker, I understand that. But how is that oar useful on the URAL rig? It's just strange. I'd still need to buy a shovel and bracket. |

The "warning" label on the paddle.

Hey sp4Mike
Your blog says that you now are not getting one. What changed your mind?

I wish I could buy it, the timing is just plain terrible for me. I'm going to look at it tomorrow though. I'll post pic's on the blog.

I think it would look much better without the whale shaped "teeth" sticker on the tub, it just looks off for some reason.

It's not that I don't like teeth. I just don't like those teeth, and don't like them on the orange background. The sticker looks cheesey to me, in a ghetto way. But then, I'm not a big fan of stickers anyway. OTOH, I LOVE the warning on the paddle |

But thats what makes the paint. Hiw can you not love those teeth. I thought about painting a huge smile on the front of my tub,but we are doing something different...My rig is to black..Needs major color...I'd like tto see one in person...

I think it looks terrible. Having a paddle seems stupid to me. I would rather see a model with an open 2wd diff that can be locked and a winch. That paddle isn't going to help me off road.
