Southern Arizona week longish dual sport ride?
So my Copper Canyon trip planned for early January has been put on hold due to work.
Planning a week long trip based out of Scottsdale now. Big bike trip. 950 and a 650. Looking to find a cool dirt loop with camping along the whole way. Any awesome suggestions out there? Beers, Atom...

A week is plenty of time for a Copper Canyon trip from Scottsdale and you could make a nice loop out of it. Cross at Douglas and head down MEX-14 to Moctezuma then south through Sahuaripa to MEX-16 and spend the night in Yecora. The next day you'll have plenty of time for a nice ride into the Copper Canyon area. Spend a few days in the area then loop back up Route 31 through Guerrero then Rte 16 . . . Rte 28 . . . MEX-10 back to Douglas and home. Great ride and you'll be glad you did it.
