Landing was with AT bottoming up. But not harsh !
anyway:
No suspension on the market exist that wouldn't bottom up travel to the maximum with this kind of jump with AT (230kg)
...Obvious that kind of suspension would be to stiff and useless for serious offroad. :)

I have found many old movies from my rides around my home city where I normally train my skills on all kinds of terrains to use them later on longer adventure trips. Since I wont upload movies I made some screenshots. I dont know if you guys are interested but there are many more.

Photo quality isn't that good but action is. I tend not to repeat myself with photos but some of them maybe already seen in my previous posts where i uploaded many.

Last night I bought an extremelly clean 96 @ from a guy in the Netherlands... so I guess I have some reading to do. I'll try not to ask any dumb questions about fuel pumps, and I'll post pics soon.

Yes...pics please. I woulda bought the following '96 just for the paint and decals

I'm in.....how much to bring it back to the States?

I think to get it into the US, you would have to "buy" it and then I'd have to buy it from you. So the US guys think it came from Canada.

I have a metal picture of you sitting with a cuppa coffee right now....am I right?

Thanks, and on the tax question, it didnt cost a dime. Im Canadian working for NATO and dont pay taxes over here.

Shes coming back to Canada with me this summer.

I'm thinking of importing my 97 XRV 750 to Canada from Spain. How much are you paying to ship and how much of a pain in the ass is it to do the paperwork?

Standard piston diameter for the RD07 = 81mm with 72mm stroke (742cc and 9:1 compression) http://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/africa-...fications.html

If I remember correctly, maximum oversize Honda pistons (got a set at home, but too lazy to go rip them out and measure them now) = 81.5mm

I've got some JE high-compressy pistons in at the moment and am pretty sure they are 82mm. And Honda Hawk 650 pistons (3mm oversize) = AT 750 pistons (1mm oversize). That's around 760cc.

How big can you go without cutting the crankcase? What's involved with cutting the crankcase?
