Just picked up a 2010 990 (standard) last week. Got to explore the wide open prairies last weekend. I've got to get with the program and get some more bike pictures.

This is an upgrade from a KLR650. The weight for the first 30 minutes was intimidating. After I started standing & treating it like a dirt bike, the rest of the ride was an absolute blast.

Jeff, you now have two out of (what I think are the right) three.

Did a ride similar to that this past summer in Montana. I couldn't believe how flat, open and desolate that place can be

So.... What do you have against the 450?

Yeah, I'm fully assimilated now.

2011 300 XC-W
2006 450 EXC
2010 990 Adventure

Life is good.

Anyone interested in a fully farkled 2007 KLR 650?
