Poll about motorcycle rentals
Been on here for a while and am just a rider who's kicking around the idea of making it a profession. I'm living in Central Asia and riding a 1994 Dominator (NX650). The idea is to combine straight up rentals with the option of guided tours. I'd like to start with the purchase of 4-6 identical bikes to simplify the parts supply problems. After things get going I'd probably branch out into different types of bikes. But until then I'm trying to figure what would have the most universal appeal. Given the terrain and conditions: mountainous and remote, crowded cities, small villages, and rarely if ever exceed 100 kmh on the highways, and most roads are rough gravel; so the bikes would be Japanese or Euro Dual Sports set up for adv riding (maybe a later poll about which one, or brand has the best appeal). For those of you who would think about fly-and-rent what sounds best?
Please, I'm not trying to start a debate about the best size...just what would you consider. Second, if this is in the wrong spot, please let me know and I'll move it.

My vote goes for the bike I can rent for $20-$50/day.
... Something I can rent for a month and not pay a gazzilion dollars for in rental fees...
