transferring from Google Earth to Mapsource

I like to find interesting spots on Google Earth. I can write down the coordinates and transfer it to Mapsource but I was wondering if there is an easy way to transfer directly to Mapsource like I can transfer from Mapsource to Google Earth.

Save your stuff in Google Earth as a *.kml file format, then use GPSVisulaizer/GPSBabel http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/gpsbabel/ to comvert the *.kml file format to *.gpx or *.gdb file format.......then just open it in Mapsource.

BaseCamp support of kml/kmz

Not looking to open a MS/BC discussion, just providing information.
If you are using BaseCamp, you 'should' be able to read the .kml (or .kmz) file directly.
