It's a bird , it's a plane..............

It's a good thing you know how to fly. Now you just have to learn some mad wheelie skills!
May your next ride be designed with out SUV injection.......... seems to shorten ride time, and overall bike length Any thoughts on the replacement steed?

Damn, glad you are ok.
Sucks about your bike, but at least that can be replaced.

Thinking it'll be something in the 800 cc range, like the Tiger 800 or F800GS, but bikes like the F800R and Hyperstrada are also on the radar. I'm certainly open to suggestion too.

Looks somewhat familiar. Glad you're still walking the Earth. Don't worry about the groin thing, I did the same thing. I was walking around with a "bag" of plums in my shorts for about a week or so. Looked awful, but worked fine .

The way I look at it, if you've lasted this long chances are this ain't the way you'll go out. I had a good friend of mine slip in the shower last month. He knocked himself unconscious and died by choking on his tongue. If it's not the big things, it'll be the little things that wil get you when you're unprepared.

Glad to hear you're okay.

Thanks, guys. Went up yo Eurosport on Friday hoping to check out a Hyperstrada, but they aren't coming in yet. Did sit the Multistrada and Tiger 800s. The Ducati is more bike than I want, but the Tigers seem just a few farkles away from being just right. Lot of nice KLRs on Craigslust.

Bought my MG Stelvio from them in August. I was happy with the dealership.

I live out of town....and I never take my bikes into traffic anymore, I quit that years ago. The only traffic I ever see is the occasional car out in the sierra's on my sportbikes, or the fairly regular deer on my ds in the dirt.
Traffic and bikes aren't meant to play well together
When I go into battle, I take 4 wheels and a cage around me like everybody else
I've never been one to bring a knife to a gunfight
