Finally got a computer I could play on without terrible lag. Moving up the german and russian tank trees now. Tier 4 panzer and T28 along with T18 with 75mm howitzer and the next one up with the incredibly slow to load 105mm.

Funny thing; Skidmarx (KV-1S), papa (M36, drunk), and me (Tetrarch, drunk) in a platoon. The goal was to kill a Tiger with a Tetrarch, to no avail. Nonetheless, out of ~5 matches shooting nothing but premium shells, I made a profit overall and even managed to kill a T-50-2.

Turret traverse speed increased from 45°/sec to 46°/sec
Reduced gun dispersion during vehicle rotation by 5%

Hull weight changed from 15,400 kg to 16,478 kg
Turret armor increased from 104mm to 130mm
Hull side armor decreased from 65mm to 60mm

Aim time increased from 2.86 seconds to 2.9 seconds
Increased damage value of AP ammo from 230 to 250 hit points

That was a hoot. And not a hindrance to the team either.

Last night I ran down a killed both an ELC and a T-50-2 in a Westfield assault.....with my Stug! They both didn't realize how fast a Stug can pivot.

No.. and I would have much rather seen the Type 59 change 20% the OTHER way.
buff'ing an already badass tank that people have no way to currently acquire is pretty frustrating for us without.

It is all to make the new market happy....China.

I have a feeling that the chinese tree will be insane.....and the funny part is that they are transplant tanks anyway....early ones from western europe....later tanks are all soviet knock-off's. They type 59 is a T-54A....the specs should be the same...but nope....but remember this is a "Game"

Not only that - but the T-54 is a Teir 9 tank - so by having the Type59 that isn't available - you get a T9 tank in T8.

Tons of fun.
I believe we went 3-2 in those battles.
I did make a point of messaging our team that we "had a plan" at the start of each battle. I think it helped since no one complained. I neglected to tell them that the plan was to kill a Tiger with a Tetrarc and we weren't worried about much else..

I haven't looked into any other tanks for historical accuracy, but a brief glimpse for Type59 information shows a lot of....artistic license.

If it was historical accuracy, only 29% of the russian tanks would be mobile at the start of the battle due to mechanical breakdowns. 70% of the German ones would be out of gas. The French ones would come with Italian crews and the Americans would have 4 support tanks following every battle tank
