I had a general idea where the peak was, at first I thought it was one of the lower hills near Black Lake then you said below Pinehurst I knew it must be one of the glassed slopes (from 1910 fire) or alpine grass. My map didn't have the peak name, but Boise Peak Road was right there. Anyway...
John and I took a week to do a loop around the Northwest, this fall. New pics. No trail. Road Art. Name this small town, The art is just off the main road.

Clue #1...this small "town" is on a main road going east/west across the state. Actually, the hwy goes right beside the community. The "art" is on the main street (of the town) and visible from the hwy.

I've got people searching all over the place.  Next Clue...Lewis and Clark camped here for 3 days. And This area was claimed by the British a few years later.
