In Europe 4 meter is the maximum overall height for a truck. If the load on the truck is higher you need a special permission for every route depending on the bridges .

In Finland 4.2m is max height and in some cases 4.4m

Yes its single wheel and non steer. All axles have air suspension.

In a word NO! use a decent browser like me, chrome all the time, IE (Microsoft) suck big time in the non Microsoft world..... my world!!!!!!
