I never said she was giving me grief over wanting to buy another gun, she was just pointing out that the gun I wanted was already in the safe. If I had been saying I wanted to buy a second 500, she would have been fine with that. I certainly catch more grief for selling them than buying them from her. When I told her my predicament over trying to list the STI's, she asked why I would do such a stupid thing anyway. So, they are back in the safe.

Don't just put them back in the safe. Take them out and go shooting!

Why would anyone sell guns you ask? Because I lost an argument with the wife. We were at the store and I was wanting to pick up a mossberg 500 combo shotgun. She said I already had one, I swore I didn't. Guess what was buried in the back of the safe behind all the silly black rifles? None of these have gotten any range time since I bought my first springfield XDM, and of course I had to buy another one of those, so now I have about 8 9mm's in the safe and only those two XDM's have come out this year.
Very nice STI's! Very good guns indeed. I would sell a few 9's before I sold these!

Is it just me or does the shooting range seem alot busier than usual lately?

Took the Model 99 out to the range for a bit of a tune-up, and the place was packed..especially the pistol ranges.

A sign of the economy picking up. People have more discretionary income to spend.

The pistol range I go to usually have a pretty good wait for a lane unless you go real early.
15 years ago the same place was maybe half full anytime I wanted to shoot.

Also seeing a lot more women there...

Just a couple of photos of my new build. An AR pistol in 300 Blackout. Should be FUN!
