Available in March. Dealers have been putting in orders this week. Remember the prices quoted are excluding on road costs, so rego, green slip etc need to be added.

I've never had a single complaint about my healthcare in the United States. Ever.
I've had nothing but fast & professional, top notch care, every time. And my premiums have always been very affordable.

And if that's what's going to happen to America under obozocare, I'll move away from here too.

I'd rather work and contribute to a society that rewards it, than live in a country where everything is "free" - like a gallon of gas for $12 or a 15% VAT on everything I buy or a $43,000 motorcyle.

You are right, or course, but this hasn't gone totally off-topic yet. It is related to the cost of the new 1190 in various countries, which everyone seems to want to talk about.

Me, I love it here, health care situation and all. If I had grown up in Norway or Denmark and that was my norm I am quite sure I would love it there as well. The $42,000 motorcycle, not so much.

The first Super Enduro I ever saw was in Norway in 2007. The price was $27,000 USD. I came back home and bought one for less than half price!

I really hope the 1190 is as good as some of the reports. I may have to pick up a nice "gently used" one in a few years. It should be affordable if it keeps with the current KTM depreciation trends.

I think your off base. The KTM sight puts it at 137,000 k about 25,000 us. Which for an American its high,, but here in the US minimum wage is about $8.00. I think in Norway your average income in US dollars is a lot more than the average income for an American.

The sight also says that in Germany the price is 14,895.00 euros and in Austria $17,380 euros.
It has no us price butI bet it will be less than $17,500.00.

KTM will have a huge gap to fill though. Which means new bikes!!! From the 690 at 10,500 to the 1190 at lets say 17,500. I see two price points in that spread of 7000.00. Its not like KTM to leave gaps like that. Just look at the motorcross and enduro choices, 22 different bike from 125-530.
