bumping after price drops on bike ads
i say if you drop the price at least $100 you can bump your ad each time
 . anyone else board? could make finding killer deals easier

The rule is that if you lower the price of the bike you can bump it.
If you are a douche bag about it and excessively bump it say for a $5.00 or some other insignificant price reduction, and do so multiple times, the mods will contact you, and if you continue we'll probably combine them in your first post or find some other way to get the message across.
