Just ordered one, thanks - were can you buy the alcohol they use? (methanol?) ..... or is it denatured alcohol you get at home depot?

Hogasm: thanks for letting me know it arrived OK. Here's a pic of my daughter at this year's US Nat'l Championships, where she shared the podium (3rd place) with an Olympian, and a US Senior Team member:

OMG - She looks intense ...... It's good for the kids to have a focus like that .... keeps them away from trouble (for me it was skiing). I'll pick up some HEET.

Evy and Mark -
Received my stove today. It works great and it's a neat little pkg with everything fitting neatly into its neoprene pouch. It's going to live in my car and make tea and warm my hands! Thanks again and good luck with the kayaking! Wes

Happy New year everyone!
Here's another demo, cooking morning oatmeal the day after Christmas, outdoors, 27.5ºF: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvUiADrmZ_w 16 stoves remain, only 2 in green.

I agree with Ouray Rider. I've been playing - I mean, um, scientifically experimenting with my stove over the last few days. I've seen all manner of stoves of this type but none so elegantly made. Nice work!

As of this evening, we only have 5 kits remaining.
Green is sold out. However, we have one other green one from when Evy was first learning to use the drill press. It has two burner holes spaced noticeably closer together than the others. We didn't intend to sell it, but if someone is set on green, we'll make it available. It is otherwise 100% presentable and functional. Thanks for the kind words and feedback on the stoves both on and off the forum!

Got my kit, very impressed with the detail. Haven't fired it up but did check it out. Thanks and I know my dad is looking forward to his too.
