Not quite 3k miles and liking it very much. It's winter now so no riding for me, just quality shop time.

Every passing mile puts a bigger smile on my face. Around town it's almost too much fun as I hope to not get a road tax ticket. Out on the road it swalllows up the miles. Since mine is black it's prolly faster than the rest as I've seen 126 on gps w/o bags and 50 degree ambient temps. But because it's black and I have a history of black bikes you now know what side of the fence I rest my tent on.

Headlight wise I had a wee-strom in the past so I've been spoiled.

I like abs but wish I could disable linked braking from time to time.

The motor needs nothing after the clutch bypass. One sweet mill.

A new bigger wind screen is also in order. Jimmy Buffeting sucks.

My plans are finding a pannier rack set/system and then fitting my RTW quality pannier boxes, smaller tool storage tube and auxiliary liquid storage tank.

That's one of my favorite playgrounds, Sete Cidades ( Seven Citys ). It's a lagoon in the middle of a vulcano.

Know what you mean about the lights. The Strom lights are fugly but affective!

About the linked brakes. You do know that if you touch the rear first it unlinks the system.

ayup on the rear brake first.

With the rear linked on hard braking and downshifts it keeps locking and skipping the rear no matter how hard or agressive I rev match. I'd rather not spend my (limited) attention at this time touching the rear first.

The button to cycle off TC is going to wear out and will be replaced by YES in a year or so.
