Good to hear from you Man!

Holy Cow! Looks like they knocked both of the bars out of the building and replaced them with tables. Tell me that isn't so.

I talked to an official on the Mexico side about TVIP and Tourist permit and he told me we could come and go across the bridge without checking in for 6 months. Upon expiration, wait 72 hours and go back for another 6 months worth by redoing the paperwork.
Hey WeazyBuddha ., 72hrs is theoretically he could do said 2hrs with just a wink of an eye

All's well in Mexico and beyond for motos
I'm heading down for a "ride about" in a few days. I'll try and post up some real time info.

I've had better luck finding Victoria around the Yucatan and I may have had some in SMA.

New primitive crossing in Big Bend has an opening date. I chatted with the Park Service several months ago and they weren't sure about the legality of bringing a motorcycle into the USA at that crossing, but did tell me that there was nothing they would. Do to stop anyone from leaving the country with a bike. Of course, this presumes that someone either has a boat large enough for your bike or that the river is low enough that you can ride across.
