I met this guy from Boston around the Gap area the previous summer. He gave me some tips on high performance footwear.

Just looks like normal hardened tar seep to me.

I wish the weather looked like that here. It's been overcast/cloudy/windy or something equally annoying for basically my entire holiday vacation. Weather is forecast to be perfect on the first day I'm back at work
