I guess that's why it looked so clean, must be a CL thing, "father in law rode it 2x year till he was too feeble to swing a leg over the saddle"

1965 Honda Dream 305 ( CA77 CA78 )- 2588 original miles - $3500 (Franktown, CO)
http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/3508482485.html
This Honda Dream is in original condition(a true SURVIVOR CLASS bike). The tires, handlebar grips (read Honda on them) and all paint is still the original. The miles are actual, but of coarse the title reads beyond capabilities. The circa 60's accessories that come with the bike are: Buco saddlebags and brackets, Buco windshield, Rear chrome rack and Engine guards. The only things that I have replaced on the bike are the air cleaner, tank badges and the original coil (the first owner said 'she' quit one day on the way back to the farm, and that's the last time I looked at it). I've owned the bike for approx. 6 years and ride it occasionally. I've put about 300 miles on it, but the tires are original and SPEED is a scary factor. The bike starts easily by kicking the kick-starter or using the electric starter ![]() ![]()

Always, and still do, think the
Honda Dreams are as ugly as hey come, the forks, the headlight/speedo, all make me wince. That said it might be worth what they are asking ![]() If it were a Super Hawk or a CL then I'd be interested

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beer holder.
I have always loved the pressed steel frame, blocky fenders, modified Earls front end and angular speedo. I guess I like it because it is different and unique. If I remember right they rode OK but it has been just a couple of years since I had one. ![]() Marc

What is that one? I find it more appealing, in a Hello Kitty sort of way
