Need 950se shock measurement
Pretty sure my shock has been modified (shortened) and I am trying to determine by how much.
When the rear wheel is off the ground and the shock fully extended I have about 1.75" of shaft exposed - between the shock body and the top of the rubber bumper. Can someone with a stock shock please measure this distance on their shock? Thanks in advance!

Measuring mine the same way I get about 2 1/8" so it would appear that yours has indeed been shortened. To find out how much you will need to remove the shock and get a true end to end measurement.

Thanks with that info I will drop the triple clamps to get the correct geometry back until I can have the spacer removed from the shock.
Doesn't explain why I only have a 35" seat height though. Rear 908 is bald and will check preload/ sag.

Check in with KTMSER (Spencer)
He has my old shock which is a std SE shock and it is out of the bike so he may be able to give you are accurate measure. Cheers Andi
