Marcus Blaine with his new Aerostich suit. He loved this suit and rode two hours in the cold to show us at our local bike night event. He was a hoot to be around, even in the short time I had met him. His wife Kathy was also a real pistol, but a strong woman. No doubt she'll pull through this tough time.

Be careful out there folks

He's gone on to a much better place, no doubt. Hopefully a place with unlimited riding with no taxes or fee's, a place where it is celebrated to be a human and not a puppet for an economy... A place where he can ride free of laws and restriction.

In short, the place we wish we could all ride, in a place we wish we could all live.

Sorry if that's a little much and "out there"... It's meant as my best and a way to regard something in a positive way.

Sorry for your loss

Having said that and meaning it from the heart I have to say that when I go I hope to be doing what I enjoy the most.

A couple of months ago I was involved in a serious bike accident, could have been killed. The first thought I had when I could actually think was: OK, I love riding my bikes, I will have to go one day, this is not a bad way to go, beats a serious illness by a mile. Of course I care for my family but we all have to go one day. Having said that, ride carefully and enjoy riding as long as you can!

I know Rider was happy doing what he loved.

Crap.

Just, crap.

Another slap to the face that puts life into perspective.

I wish the best for his family.

Rest in Peace.

For those who are very religious they can find comfort that he is in a better place. It is those he left behind who will be suffering.

Thank you Kathy for being kind enough to share the tragic news with the motorcycling community.

I wish you always remember the best of Marc and are able to find peace soon.

Everyone's book of life is unique and it helps make you the person you are. Those who have not known great happiness or great pain have not really lived.

Best wishes to all and may you see the beauty that surrounds us every day.
