Are those Anakees on those new sweet wheels?

Me thinks you'll want some TKC's or at least Heidenous for the abuse we're gonna give that bike next Summer

Or is that for the old wheels' duty?

Those are the Tourances that came on the stock wheels AJ. I put them on for the winter cold weather riding. I have the heidanaus all ready for spring!!! I rode with the Heidanaus for about 600 miles and dont like the feel on the cold wet pavement, so they will stay in the heated garage until the snow pack clears and we do some real riding!

Woody, I am looking for a tubeless spoke wheel for my F650 gs twin. I want a true tubeless without tape. I understand you can make those with caponord wheels, true?

Tubeless Wheels for F650GS twins.

Hi worthydog,

Yes we can lace Caponord 19 x 2.5 front, 17 x 4 rear Tubeless rims to Rad billet hubs with stainless steel spokes, nipples. The set is around 2950 + shipping with black rims, and includes a rear sprocket with hardware. We use KTM 950 rear hub so we can use a stronger/lighter cush design, a lot more sprocket choices.

Thanks
zach

here's Pyndon dba Lyndon Poskitt #168

so far the superlaced wheels are holding up,,,we think he may have bent the hell on a rear while hitting a submerged rock the other day,,,good news is that my 40 year track record of zero DNFs due to wheel failure remains intact

our other sponsored rider Kevin Muggleton #186 si reportedly doing fine after severly injuring his back going over a steep sand dune on the second day,,,healing thoughts fro a swift recovery go out to him

and Pyndon you make us all proud,,,,

folks you can support him here ,,he has great swag packages for every donation level....

GS silver and GSA blue wheels

Hiya Woody,

Have two OEM r1150gs wheels mounted up on my r1150gs adventure. I would like to bring it back to factory appearance so would you suggest these bare silver ones be anodized at your shop and if so can you duplicate that crazy blue/purple/black hue of factory? Other option is buy new rims for 800-900 bucks and have those trued...

Whatcha think?

Oh and by the way, thank you for helping so many of us here keep our factory rims in shape! We are glad you found us!

Cheers

1,the only way you can bring it to oem factory appearance is either buying new wheels at $1365+ea or new rims circa $502.83 ea as of todays price and have us relace n tue em circa $180-230 each depending on how easy they are to take apart

2,, sorry that color belongs to BMW and is NOT available,,,personally IMHO i wouldn't bother with that color because of it's reputation for fading quickly in direct sunlight,,,we can strip an re-anodize any other color..silver and black being the most durable ,,,$75 ea in satin black or $100 in shiny black[because we have to re-polish the rim ] IMHO satin black looks mo betta

Oh and by the way, thank you for helping so many of us here keep our factory rims in shape! We are glad you found us!
'twas the other way around,,,one of your inmates found me,,and lured me your way

Cheers

woody
