Rear Shock Bolts
When reinstalling the rear shock bolts should I use anti-seize or blue loctite on the threads?

Not necessary just torque them to factory specs and your good.

Per the manual 80NM (59 ft lb) with the threads greased. I have pulled the shocks off several new 990's and they all had greased threads
