Hi! I have same problem last summer with my 92 RD 04. Caused by faulty carburettor, fuel leaks to cylinder and when you push the starter button...bang!

Thanks for re-ply, but i think that the reason was the bike ran whit to fukier oil and the lubrication has poor...???but in that case should the conrod the first thin to damage?

Need your help guys...
My bike wouldnt start when hot, changed the fuel pump with a facet, still wouldnt start when hot and now it doesnt start at all, even when cold.
Any help?

Hoo, so much to look for... I suppose the battery and starter are good, and that you have gas in the tank so:

Did you connect the Facet correctly (i.e., the Facet outlet to the carbs and the inlet from the tank? It wouldn´t be the 1st time people revert this...
Also, is there a spark at the plugs? Check this by removing one plug on each cylinder and holding the plug tip real close to the engine head cover. Then crank the engine with the starter button and see if a spark jumps. If it does, then the coils are good...
Check you didn't turn the fuel cock off... I'm just stating the obvious here...
