I noticed in the fuse box that the Adventures have the acc 1 & 2 circuits just as my '08 Super Duke did. My question is, where are the wires for it?
I know the Super Dukes had them located behind the headlight, but I wanted to ask before I take the bike apart and find that they aren't there. I have a 2012 Adventure if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Same - behind the headlight.

I just went through this exercise with my 2012 yesterday while installing heated grips. I found the two acc connections behind the headlight on the left side. The acc1 connection is actually powering the factory dash-mounted cigarette plug. The acc2 connection was folded up and stuffed back into the space behind the headlight. I found it by following the acc1 wire backwards from the cigarette plug.
