I've never understood the stupidity of playing someone who is clearly injured and will be *much* worse off if anything goes wrong like it just did.
I really don't want the Seachickens to win this. |

Shanny
ESPN was running a scroll this morning showing Shanahan's win/loss record with and without Elway at QB. He was 7-1 with John Boy and is 1-7 without him.

Ask Jay Cutler what happens when you leave a playoff game under your own power. People in Chicago are still questioning his toughness three years later.

When he started limping after that OOB play, they should have pulled him then.

IMO watching the game RG3 was mostly inaffective because of the injury/field and shoulda been pulled by halftime atleast, so if they won they'd have him for indoors this coming week.
I just get that feeling watching shanahan he's like that high school coach in the movies with the get out there and play hurt no matter what costs. RG3 alot of his game depends on moving around kinda like vick, so what happens when all these hits and injuries add up and slow him down, will he be useless then? |

Ask John Elway, one of the earlier running QB's. He'll tell you about his two post-football knee replacement operations. Those guys will be old before their time. The NFL adjusts quickly and only the smart survive which tells me that Seattle's QB, who knows how to get out of bounds fast, may be the lone exception to the Vick and RGIII fate.
