I have seen this Drifter on craigslist a few times. If the bike looks as good in person as it does in photos, it seems like a good deal.

I know who used to own that rig. He doesn't live far from San Diego, but he had a different license plate. Also, the pics show the rig set up EXACTLY the same way as it was back in 2005. What the chances of a rig not changing in 7 years? Plus the ad says it's being listed by a dealer. Looks bogus to me. I e-mailed the owner to see what's going on.

Something about it got my hackles up but it is a smoking deal if legit.

Spoke with the P.O. He sold it to a guy in Illinois. That's a Illinois plate you can see in the CL picture. I suppose it's possible the 2nd owner moved to Cali and traded it in?

Probably a scam....there is a BMW on Craigslist over in the Carolinas that I sold over a year ago to a guy in Washington state...they stole the pictures off my ebay ad...if its to good to be true...well you know the rest...
