Replace it with an in-line automotive fuse. Done.
Sould be available at any auto parts store

Found 2A fuses at a gas station today for 97 cents a 5pack. That'll do for me. They said they'd been there for years, and from the looks of the package, I think they were being honest.

The reason I wanted the mini 1's is to match them up with my Dispatch 1. I find the Dispatch 1 to provide such a clean clean clean electrical management situation, I won't want inline fuses, etc.

I ended up with a bag of 50 of the 1am variety. Happy to send them to any folks for the cost of postage if you're looking for one or two, just to be neighborly.
