Hey now! I never claimed speed! In my defense, I havent ridden the PD but once since before September :blush figured I ought to get a day in before March

in all honesty, I felt slow as shit, too :( That bike, I dont man, it weighs a ton and steers for shit. I dont know how anybody can ride it

Got rid of my blinkers a few years ago and installed these from Tucker Rocky. For the rear, I welded a mounting plate on each side of the luggage carrier. The front, I utilized the existing turn signal hole on both sides of the fairing. No worries now about them falling off somewhere in the vast unknown.

The only thing you need to be careful for is on the front fairing. The area near the turn signal holes curves a little and these flush mounts are flat. Triple check the final position before drilling any holes for the mounting screws. I ended up going above and behind the existing holes, but your PD fairing is a little different.

Its a scary world out there, and I've been following the Dakar thread, watching good riders I know get whomped, and seeing some really expert world champions running in 105th place :


BUT I am having fun, and that is all that matters. I would rather come in last place in a hundred races than worry too much about how fast I am.
