Mobile Mancaves bump!
It's about time to start getting those mobile mancaves out for the year! My wife and I have decided to sell our Jayco Baja that I posted in this thread a few posts ago and thought I'd let anyone that might be interested in here know. We LOVE this camper and will be sad to see it go, but we have future plans that it unfortunately doesn't fit into, so we have to send it on. Here's a link to the for sale ad on ADV- http://advrider.com/forums/showthrea...highlight=baja.

Some updates
![]() Redid the bed frame, caulking, vapour barrier, insulation & new framing ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here are 5 cabinets/benches we built to line the wall with the large windo where we removed the one sofa. We are in the process of getting them stained & clearcoated & then we'll be adding shelves, doors, bench tops & cushions

My dad is taking a job back east for a year or so and wants me to have his 2001 7.3 F250 while he is gone. He doesn't want to sell it since it is low miles and rather rare these days. He also wanted to get one of the Outback 230rs Toyhaulers at some point:
![]() http://www.lakeshore-rv.com/rvs/Outb...Toy-Hauler.cfm I've now been thinking about buying the trailer myself, then traveling around to different races with my YZ250 and Pivot mountain bike in tow for a year. When my dad comes back to AZ I would hand it over. Only issue for me is I need to still have an income to pay for everything (minor issue, right?). My curent job can pretty much be done anywhere (GIS work) so long as I have a $25k key fob for the software with me. That's really the only problem I need to work past is convincing my boss that I will be responsible with the key and get work done....no kids, no gf, no pets, lease is up end of July. So close at this point...Or if I can find another job with remote work potential, or seasonal... |
