That is exactly what the online course should be used for.

Well, that was a good football game, sorry to see such a great season end like that.

I guess that it's better than the Pat's 18 - 1.

It's just freekin COLD out there. Too much ice on the roads to ride without studs. Might even overwhelm the heated gear

I got my CCW in 2008 from a correspondence course from Highland Ranch Firearms. It was cheap and easy. Their website doesn't show it any more but might be worth lobbing in a phone call. 303.589.3030 The guy who handled the course was George Hollmann.

Thanks Osmand. I was unaware there was on online course until today. I wouldn't mind going to the class in person, but $100 to sit in a hard chair seems a wee bit steep especially when the real estate isn't all that expensive.

Groupon has a couple related deals right now.

CCW class for $59
http://www.groupon.com/deals/pg-fire...on&d=deal-page

Range practice

See them pop up regularly on the other deal sites as well (livingsocial, docodeals, etc.)

This was my house this morning... Third time this year I've hit -40 and I bet tonight is worse.

I remember those cold valley nights. It was -29 in the Yampa Valley last night. Heat wave up here!
